Installation:

     Copy files to any directroy and and run VH.EXE, all
     files  needed by  Visual help  will be  created the 
     first time it is executed. 

Requirements:

     Windows 3.1 or later
     Microsoft Help Compiler Version 3.1 or later
     
VBRUN200.DLL

     Visual Help requires the VBRUN200.DLL available  on
     most online services and BBS's.  You can get a copy
     from WinSIG BBS 714-363-9802  2400/9600-8-n-1.
     VBRUN200.DLL should be copied to Windows Directory.
